So let’s get to it.
Here are the ingredients you will need for an amazing Greek Salad Bowl.
For the bowl…
1 English cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
2 pints cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 (15-oz) can low-sodium chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 (12-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
For the balsamic vinaigrette…
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper finely ground
1 large garlic clove minced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Let’s keep it simple with the instructions. Toss together cucumber and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. For the vinaigrette: Measure all ingredients into a mason jar with lid. Shake until evenly mixed. Drizzle as desired.
